If you do not receive a call by the next business day, it is possible someone purchased the item prior to your claim. We will do our best to make a courtesy call, but it is not guaranteed.

Yes. After an item is claimed we will contact the first person in order to complete the transaction. If for any reason the transaction can not be made we will contact the next person in line. 

Clothing may be returned to our store within 7 days of purchase, tags must be attached and you must have a receipt. NO shoes, accessories or sale/clearance items may be returned. 

No. Our prices have been preset to offer you the best deal available for that particular product.
